Interface of Spray-Deposited+Rolled Al-Ph/Al/Steel Composite Plate
Heat treatment was conducted to spray-deposited+rolled Al-Ph/Al/steel composite plate. The morphology of the interfaces between Al-Ph and Al, and between Al and steel was observed by SEM. The experimental results showed that a good pre-cohesion in the interfaces after rolling. FeAl intermetallic, however, was found in the interface between Al and steel after heat treatment of 480℃/1h+300℃/3h.
