  • In order to improve the capability of strip edge drop control in 1420TCM and develop strip productions such as DI tinplate which demands high quality of edge drop,the special work roll profile and design method were developed,and the parameters of target curve for automatic flatness control in stand 1 were also adjusted.The experimental results show that the capability of edge drop control is improved in 1420TCM.
